3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Inceptions Prime and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all proprietary code, design systems, strategy frameworks, and written copy published on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You must not:
- Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license core content or layout formulas from Inceptions Prime.
- Duplicate, copy, or redistribute any materials without explicit written authorization.
4. Client Responsibilities & Platform Compliance
When partnering with us to optimize external storefronts (such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, or Shopify), clients retain full, ultimate responsibility for maintaining valid, compliant marketplace accounts. Inceptions Prime acts as a service provider and is not liable for structural platform suspensions, sudden algorithmic policy changes, or inventory disruptions originating from the marketplace providers themselves.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inceptions Prime, its directors, and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses, revenue drops, data corruption, or operational downtime arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website architecture.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any distinct professional disputes arising from our web platforms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate legal frameworks, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated courts.
